Jobber pricing explained: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus

Jobber sells four plans and shows you a different set of them depending on the team size you pick. This is a plan-by-plan walk through what its pricing page showed on October 6, 2026, what moves a shop from one plan to the next, and what to ask before you pay.

The four plans

The four plans are Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. The prices below are monthly with no commitment, as of October 6, 2026. Jobber also runs first-month promotions, which are left out here.

Core is the entry plan. The card says "Add users for $29/mo each." Plus lists extra users at $29 each too. For Connect and Grow, the page we read did not state an add-user price, so we do not assume one.

What the team-size selector does

Jobber's page asks how many people are on your team. Pick 2 to 5, 6 to 10 or 11 to 15, and it shows Connect, Grow and Plus with 5, 10 or 15 users bundled. It does not show Core for those sizes. Core appears for a single user.

That changes how you should read the headline. The $49 Core price is a one-person price. A 6-person shop is steered to Connect at $199 for 5 users or $299 for 10, so budget from the team-size cards and not from the $49.

You can still do the Core arithmetic yourself: $49 plus $29 for each extra person. At 10 users that is $310, which is more than Connect's $299 for 10 users. And Core leaves out the features in the next section.

Monthly, 1-year commitment or annual

Jobber's FAQ describes three ways to pay: monthly with no commitment, monthly with a 1 year commitment, or annual prepaid. Core for one user shows all three: $49 monthly, $39 monthly on a 1 year commitment, and $29 a month billed annually. Connect for one user shows $139 monthly and $99 annual. Grow for one user shows $199 monthly and $149 annual.

The lower prices are real, but they trade flexibility for money. Annual prepaid means cash out the door up front, and a commitment means you carry the plan if the work slows. Ask what happens if you add or drop users mid-term.

What moves a shop up a plan

  • Connect and above: automated client reminders, QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, routing and GPS tracking, Zapier, automated invoice follow-ups.
  • Higher plans: two-way text messaging and the custom automation builder, listed from Grow when we read the page. A second automated read of the page put Connect in the same rows, so confirm the plan on Jobber's site before you rely on it.
  • All plans: quoting, requests, online booking, and the mobile app on iPhone, iPad and Android.

So a shop that wants appointment reminders or QuickBooks sync starts at Connect, and a shop that wants to text customers back and forth starts at Grow or possibly lower. Check the current plan comparison. Quoting is on every plan, which matters if you send estimates.

The trial and card processing

The free trial is 14 days, no credit card, with full access to the Grow plan. That means you test Grow features even if you plan to buy Connect. Write down which ones you actually used.

Card processing is listed at 2.9% plus 30 cents, Tap to Pay at 2.7% plus 30 cents, and bank (ACH) payments at 1%. On a $2,000 card invoice at 2.9% plus 30 cents, the fee is $58.30. Add that to your monthly plan cost when you compare tools.

Questions to ask before you buy

  1. Which plan includes every feature I used during the trial?
  2. Does office staff count as a user?
  3. What does the next team-size tier cost, and when does it kick in?
  4. What do I pay if I move from monthly to annual after three months?
  5. What is the processing rate on my expected card volume?

Who each plan suits

  • Core: a solo operator who wants scheduling, quotes and invoices and does not need reminders or accounting sync.
  • Connect: a small crew that needs reminders and QuickBooks Online sync.
  • Grow: a shop that wants two-way texting and its own automations (confirm where those rows start on Jobber's page).
  • Plus: a larger team that wants the top tier, with extra users at $29 each.

Where does CalSpark sit? It is $49 a month flat for up to 10 users, and that is all it does on price. It has estimates, recurring jobs and a custom automation builder, so those are no longer reasons to pay more. It has no QuickBooks sync, no routing or GPS tracking and no two-way texting without your own Twilio account. If you need those, Jobber has them and CalSpark does not. Questions

Does Jobber show Core for a team of five?

Not on October 6, 2026. For teams of 2 to 5, 6 to 10 and 11 to 15 the page showed Connect, Grow and Plus only. Core was shown for a single user.

Is the Jobber trial limited to one plan?

The 14 day trial needs no credit card and gives full access to the Grow plan, according to the pricing page FAQ.

Does Jobber have text message reminders?

Automated client reminders begin at Connect. Two-way text messaging was listed from Grow when we read the page, though the live table could not be read in full by automated means, so confirm it on Jobber's site. They are listed as separate rows on the comparison table.

What does Jobber charge for card payments?

The page lists 2.9% plus 30 cents for cards, 2.7% plus 30 cents for Tap to Pay and 1% for bank payments.

Are these prices current?

They were read on October 6, 2026. Jobber can change them, so confirm on its pricing page before you buy.
