Why flat pricing matters
Per-user pricing grows with every hire. Flat pricing does not.
A 6-person crew on CalSpark pays $49. The same crew on a tool that charges per extra user pays a base price plus a fee for each person past the plan limit.
Example, using public prices: Jobber's Core card says to add users for $29 a month each, and its page bundles 5 or 10 users into Connect and higher plans for larger teams. Housecall Pro lists $35 a month per additional user on its MAX plan. Do the math with your own headcount and the plan you would need, or use the cost calculator. What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days you choose whether to subscribe at $49 a month. We do not ask for a card to start the trial.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee. See the Terms of Service for billing and cancellation.
Do I pay for technicians and office staff separately?
No. Up to 10 users of any role are covered by the one price.
Are card processing fees included?
No. Stripe charges its own processing fees on payments you take. CalSpark does not add to them.
