QuickBooks Online sync (planned)
A one-way connection to QuickBooks Online that would send customers and invoices, and record payments, so the books match the jobs.
This is on the roadmap and is not generally available. We have no date. Not available. Use the CSV export of invoices, or keep your books in the tool you use now.
What it will do
- Create or match customers in QuickBooks Online.
- Send invoices and record payments received through CalSpark.
- Show you what synced and what failed.
Who it is for
Shops whose bookkeeper works in QuickBooks Online and re-enters invoices by hand today.
What it will not be
- QuickBooks Online only. No QuickBooks Desktop.
- No payroll sync.
- No date.
